Software License Terms

These Software License Terms (“Agreement”) govern the purchase, download, activation, and use of digital products, software, license keys, activation codes, and downloadable items provided by:
Byte More Solutions India Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)
By purchasing, downloading, activating, or using any product from our platform, you (“User”, “Customer”, “You”) agree to comply with this Agreement.
1. Nature of Products
Our digital offerings may include, but are not limited to:
- Software license keys
- Activation or serial codes
- Downloadable software files
- Digital subscriptions
- Game activation keys
- Cloud-based or SaaS software access
Each license or activation code is unique and intended for single-use, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description.
2. License Grant
Upon successful purchase, we grant you a:
- Non-exclusive
- Non-transferable
- Non-refundable
- Personal-use-only license
This license allows you to use the software strictly for its intended purpose. Ownership of the software remains with the original provider; your purchase only provides the right to activate and use it according to this Agreement.
3. License Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute license keys
- Activate the same key on unauthorized or multiple devices
- Reverse-engineer, modify, tamper with, or crack the software
- Claim ownership of the software
- Use the software for illegal purposes
- Attempt fraud, unauthorized access, or circumvention of license controls
Violation of these rules may result in:
- Immediate license termination
- Suspension or termination of your account
- Blacklisting of device IDs or IP addresses
- Legal action, if applicable
4. One-Time Activation Policy
Unless stated otherwise:
- License keys are valid for a single activation
- Re-activation on a different device may not be supported
- Device formatting, hardware changes, or OS reinstall may require a new license
Activation policies are ultimately governed by the software provider.
5. Delivery of License Keys
License keys and digital products are delivered via:
- Secure user dashboard
- Registered email address
- Encrypted digital delivery systems
Once delivered or displayed, a license key is considered used, even if not activated.
6. Validity of License Keys
- Lifetime License: Valid for the lifetime of the software version
- Subscription License: Valid for the specified duration (monthly, yearly, etc.)
- OEM / Retail Keys: Subject to the original provider’s activation policies
Customers must review license type before purchase.
7. No Refund After Delivery
Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once:
- A license key is displayed or emailed
- Download access is granted
- Activation has begun
Limited Exceptions: Refunds may be considered if:
- The license key is invalid
- The key cannot be activated after technical verification
- Duplicate purchase occurred
All refunds follow our Refund & Return Policy.
8. Technical Support
We may provide:
- Installation guidance
- Activation assistance
- Limited usage support
We are not responsible for issues caused by:
- System incompatibility
- Hardware failures
- Pre-existing OS or device issues
- Conflicts with third-party applications
- Internet, ISP, or network problems
9. Third-Party Software Compliance
Many products are owned by third-party providers such as:
- Microsoft
- Adobe
- Antivirus companies
- Gaming and software platforms
You must follow the official End User License Agreement (EULA) of the software provider. We do not modify or crack third-party software.
10. License Termination
Your license may be terminated without notice if:
- You share, resell, or misuse the license key
- You violate this Agreement
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Unjustified chargebacks or disputes occur
Terminated licenses are final and will not be reinstated.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Byte More Solutions India Private Limited is not liable for:
- Data loss or corruption
- Hardware or system damage
- Software conflicts or incompatibility
- Loss of business, revenue, or profits
- Activation or installation failures
Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific product.
12. Updates & Upgrades
- Software updates are subject to the provider’s policies
- Updates are not guaranteed unless stated
- Major version upgrades may require a separate purchase
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
