Vendors agree to indemnify and hold Byte More Solutions India Private Limited, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

- Sale of unauthorized or illegal products
- Misrepresentation of product functionality
- Legal or regulatory violations
- Customer disputes
The Company may suspend vendor accounts or withhold payouts during disputes or investigations.
7. Payments & Pricing
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
- Payments are processed via secure gateways such as Razorpay, PayPal, or Stripe
- Prices, offers, and product availability may change without notice
We are not responsible for payment gateway or banking issues outside our control.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
